For GLASS-ONLY claims to your vehicle’s windshield or other glass:

  • Call 800-680-9111 to report your claim to our glass partner, Safelite® Auto Glass, who can take your claim information and schedule your glass repair or replacement in the same phone call!
  • Or, you can report your glass claim and schedule repairs online.

For Roadside Assistance:

  • Call us at 1-800-222-3873 (option #4)
  • For additional information on Roadside Assistance, click here.

For all other types of claims:

  • Call your Wayne Insurance Group agent
  • You can submit a claim through your Wayne PolicyPlus account
  • Call Wayne Insurance Group directly 24/7/365 at 800-222-3873 (option #1)
