For GLASS-ONLY claims to your vehicle’s windshield or other glass:

• Call 800-680-9111 to report your claim to our glass partner, Safelite® Auto Glass, who can take your claim information and schedule your glass repair or replacement in the same phone call!
• Or, you can report your glass claim and schedule repairs online with Safelite.

For Roadside Assistance:

• Call our partner, NSB, at 866-286-4560 (available 24 hours per day)
• Available services: Tow due to breakdown; battery jumps, change flat tires, locked out of vehicle or delivery of emergency supplies, such as gasoline
• NOTE:  Roadside Assistance must be purchased on your policy and you will need your Wayne Insurance policy number when you call.
