At Wayne Insurance Group, we offer multiple ways for you to report your new loss to us:

For glass-only claims to your vehicle’s windshield or other glass:

  • Call 800-680-9111 to report your claim to our glass partner, Safelite® Auto Glass, who can take your claim information and schedule your glass repair or replacement in the same phone call!
  • Or, you can report your glass claim and schedule repairs online.

For Roadside Assistance:
